Welcome to Inclusion21

Inclusion21 offers consultancy, policy advice and high quality training packages for organisations. If you wish to eradicate discrimination from your business, your workplace, the services you deliver or in any other way, we provide tailored support to you.

Research shows that, in the main, work is good for you1. A happier, healthier workforce has a positive effect on a company's bottom line. More than 50% of firms in the FTSE 100 have clear equality policies. But these are not just policies that lie on shelves. These companies have understood that embracing the principles of fairness that run through equality policies makes a big difference to productivity and their bottom lines.

We support you to:

  • become a truly equal opportunities employer

  • meet the requirements of modern equalities and human rights legislation

  • deliver your services equally

Our current and recent work includes:

  • Two separate pieces of consultancy work for the Welsh Assembly
